Do not use the product with acidic food,
such as peeled fruit, tomatoes, pickles,
salad dressing etc.

Recycle packaging material in accordance
with local regulations.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
INGREDIENTS
Ingredients for six people:
500 g plain flour and 5 eggs, or 500 g plain
flour and a glass of mineral water.
For pasta al dente, use a mix of 250 g plain
flour and 250 g durum wheat flour. Do not
add salt.
IMPORTANT:
Eggs should be at room temperature.
PASTA DOUGH PREPARATION
1.
Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the
centre and crack in the eggs. Mix the eggs
with the flour with a fork until it forms a
dough.

Knead the dough with your hands until it
is completely smooth.

Add some water if the dough is too dry.
Add some flour if it is too sticky. The
dough should not stick to your fingers.
4.
Lift the dough out of the bowl and place it
on a lightly floured surface.

Knead the dough, if necessary, and cut it
into small pieces.
BEFORE USE
•
Before using the product for the first time,
wipe it with a dry cloth to remove any oil.
•
Clean the rollers and cutter by feeding
some dough through several times.
Discard the dough.
