BROILING & GRILLING RECIPES
Turbo-Grilled Prime Rib
6 lbs. of prime rib, cut into individual ribs
1/3 cup of Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. of red wine vinegar
¼ cup of olive oil
1 clove of garlic (minced)
½ tsp. of Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp. of ground pepper
Arrange the ribs in a large shallow pan. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a small bowl
and pour over the ribs. Coat evenly. Cover and let stand for about ½ hour. Lift prime rib
bones from marinade. Arrange on rack and grill for 10-15 minutes at 400°F.

Convection Oven comes with a breakfast rack that allows you to cook

a complete breakfast meal quickly and easily. Place sliced bread in the raised slots,
whole eggs in the round receptacles to the side of the sliced bread, and bacon or
breakfast sausages on the opposite side. Cook the breakfast items at 200°F while
monitoring the toast as it browns. The toast may be removed once they have reached
the desired darkness. Continue cooking the remaining breakfast items until they are
ready.
Generally, eggs need to cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Bacon should be cooked until it turns
a deep red color and breakfast sausages until they are a rich brown color. There should
be no sign of pink coloring within the sausage if it is spilt crosswise.
Sliced bread may be substituted for a number of different breakfast items such as bagel
halves, English muffins, and hash brown patties. Larger baked goods, such as
croissants and rolls can be toasted separately on the low rack. For even browning,
provide spacing for adequate air flow.
