8 Maintenance
To guarantee a perfect operation of the dwelling sta-
tion, it is recommended to have it maintained by a
specialist heating company at least once a year.
The following work should be done:
– Leakage test:
- Test opening of the PM controller
- of all valves and couplings.
– Cleaning of strainers (see 7).
10 Description of malfunctions
The description of malfunctions must be completed in its entirety and be returned together with the proportional
flow controller.
Malfunction:
Potable water is not heated
Nominal draw off capacity is not reached
Heat exchanger does not cool down after draining off water
Controller leaks at the bore between the potable water circuit and the heating circuit

– Functional control:
- Check closing function of the PM controller: The
heat exchanger has to cool down after drawing
off.
- Check isolating valves.
- Check flow and draw off temperature.
9 Warranty
Oventrops warranty conditions valid at the time of
supply are applicable.
