POWER PET NOZZLE* blockage
Step 1: Turn off the on/off LED button, press the release nozzle button and remove the power pet nozzle*
Step 2: Rotate agitator end cap anticlockwise with a coin or a screwdriver. [Fig. 5-7]
Step 3: Take off the agitator.
Step 4: Remove the blockage from the agitator or agitator end cap.
Step 5: Press the agitator locker
Step 6: Refit the agitator inside the nozzle
Step 7: Rotate agitator end cap clockwise
Step 8: Completed. Ready to use.
Replacing the Battery pack
This cleaner is fitted with a rechargeable lithium ion battery pack which is replaceable. Rotate the battery pack cover
anticlockwise and then remove the battery pack.
End of product life battery disposal
If the cleaner is to be disposed of the batteries should be removed. Use batteries should be taken to a recycling station
and not disposed with household waste.
IMPORTANT: Always fully discharge the batteries before removal.
WARNING: Do not try to open the battery pack and repair it by yourself. Only use approved replacement parts for your
cleaner. Using parts not validated by Hoover are dangerous and will invalidate your guarantee.
TROUBLE SHOOTING
Should you have any problems with your cleaner , follow this simple check list before calling the Hoover Customer Service Centre.
TROUBLE
Cleaner can not be switched on
If your cleaner continually cuts off after
only a few seconds running and the battery
has been charged and assembled well.
Loss of suction or no suction
The on/off LED button shows
red color while charging
When using the product with attached
accessory, the on/off LED button is blinking in
red colour with the flashing frequency of 2HZ
When using the product, the on/
off button LED is blinking (red color),
with the flashing frequency of 1HZ
When using the product ,the LED on/off button
is blinking(red color) for 4 seconds , with the
flashing frequency of 2HZ. Then it is off.
When using the product ,the on/off LED button
is blinking in red color for 6 seconds and the
flashing frequency is 2HZ. Then it is off.
CAUSE
The battery pack is
not assembled well
The dust bin has a
blockage at the inlet or
the filters located inside
the dust bin are blocked.
The dust bin is full, or
the pre-filter is blocked
The battery pack
cannot be charged
The attached motorized
accessory is blocked
Remind that
the capacity of
battery ≤10%
The air inlet path
of product is
totally blocked
Cleaner overheated

SOLUTIONS
Re-assemble the battery pack
Remove filter assembly (mesh and
pre-motor filter) from inside the dust
bin and follow the instruction for
cleaner maintenance in the instruction
manual or shown simply on the
maintenance label on the dust bin.
Empty the dust bin and wash the
pre-motor filter and the metal mesh
This may be a result of very long
storage periods(over half year).
Contact Hoover customer service
to arrange battery replacement.
If the problem persists, contact the
Hoover customer service center.
Clear the blockage, check the
section "Clearing a blockage of
a motorized accessories".
Recharge the product when
battery is totally run out.
Check if there is any blockage around
product inlet and remove them.
It will take about 45 minutes
to cool and reset.
