Introduction
The use of grips, which clamp to the bar to offer a secure
and reliable interface for the rider, has risen almost in
parallel with the number of thin walled handlebars on the
market. For the users of thin walled aluminium or carbon
handlebars Ergon has developed the Ergon LS100
Handlebar Plug-In. This reinforcing bar plug offers peace of
mind, allowing clamping at the end of the bar without
crushing or deformation of the handlebar. The Plug-In is
suitable for use on handlebars with an internal diameter of
between 17.8 – 21.2 mm. For optimal function, the inside
of the bar should be as round as possible.
