A) Control panel it is equipped with the control devices needed to operate the appliance
(see "Control descriptions").
B) Cook surface: it is equipped with electric resistance to cook or heat food products (part
in contact with surface).
According to need, the cook surface may come with a smooth, grooved or mixed sur-
face.
C) Upper plate: it is equipped with electric resistance to cook or heat food products (part in
contact with plate surface).
D) Drip tray: used to collect cooking liquids and residue.
