Data Logging
REDY CO2 air / water Sensor
Ref : 488 016
6. Starting Up
Press the Power button.
The device turns on. The value measured appears on the screen.
Your device is ready for use
7. Calibration
If your probe has already been calibrated and you have neither changed the probe head
nor added electrolyte, then a complete calibration procedure is not necessary : a simple
calibration check is sufficient.
To do this, fill a small plastic bag with 3 exhalations, insert the probe inside and block the
bag as much as possible in order to conserve the CO2 (see below).
Check the measured value appearing on the sensor screen and which must be of the order
of 3% to 4%, otherwise it is necessary to carry out a complete calibration (see chapter 7.2)
This check ensures that your probe is responsive and sufficient to perform PWs in which
the CO2 variations trends are sufficient for the interpretation.
For accurate quantitative measurements, a complete probe calibration should be
performed.
In addition, it is necessary to perform a calibration under the following conditions:
The full calibration procedure requires connecting the device to a computer or tablet:
