- Ouvrez le robinet d'essence (fig 11b page 34).
- Placez-vous derrière le guidon.
- Placez la manette des gaz sur la position " START " (le volet d'air se
ferme automatiquement).
- Tirez lentement sur la poignée de lanceur jusqu'à ce que vous
ressentiez une compression.
- Revenez en position de départ avant de tirer énergiquement sur la
poignée de lanceur pour faire démarrer le moteur. Raccompagnez
la poignée de lanceur.
- Lorsque le moteur a démarré, placez la manette des gaz sur la
position " MAXI ".
- Si les tentatives de mise en marche restent infructueuses, répétez
l'opération après avoir ramené la commande des gaz en position " MAXI ".
Ne pas fermer le starter pour remettre en route un moteur qui
vient de tourner (moteur chaud).

- Ouvrez le robinet d'essence (fig 11a page. 34) et attendez quelques
secondes avant d'actionner 3 fois le Primer (poire d'amorçage).
- Placez-vous derrière le guidon.
- Placez la manette des gaz sur la position " MAXI ".
- Tirez lentement sur la poignée de lanceur jusqu'à ce que vous
ressentiez une compression.

- Öffnen Sie den Benzinhahn (Abb 11 b Seite 34).
- Stellen Sie sich hinter die Lenkstange.
- Stellen Sie den Gashebel auf " Start " (die Starterklappe schliesst
sich automatisch).
- Den Startergriff langsam ziehen bis man gegendruck verspürt. In die
Ausgangstellung zurückkehren und dann energisch den Start hebel
zum Starten des Motors ziehen. Den Startergriff langsam loslassen.
- Nach dem Starten des Motors den Gashebel auf die Stellung
" MAXI " bringen.
- Falls es nicht gelingt, den Motor zu starten, wiederholen Sie die
gleiche Vorgehensweise, nachdem Sie den Gashebel in " MAXI "-
Stellung gebracht haben.
Wenn Sie den Motor erneut anlassen wollen, nachdem er
gerade gelaufen ist, darf der Starter nicht geschlossen werden
(heissen Motor).

- Öffnen Sie den Benzinhahn (Abb 11 a Seite 34) und warten Sie
einen Moment, bevor Sie den Primer 3 mal tätigen.
- Stellen Sie sich hinter die Lenkstange.
- Stellen Sie den Gashebel auf " MAXI ".

- Open the fuel cock (fig 11b page 4).
- Stand behind the handlebar.
- Place the throttle lever on start (the choke valve will shut automatically).
- Slowly withdraw the starter unit handle until you feel the compression.
- Return to first position before pulling vigorously to start the engine.
Hold on and follow the starter handle back to first position.
- When the engine has started, put the throttle lever on position " MAXI ".
- If attempts to start the engine are unsuccessful, repeat the
operation after putting the throttle in position " MAXI ".
Do not use the choke to restart an engine which has just been
running (hot engine).

- Revenez en position de départ avant de tirer énergiquement sur la
poignée de lanceur pour faire démarrer le moteur. Raccompagnez
la poignée de lanceur.

- Placez la manette de commande des gaz sur la position "Start".
- Assurez-vous que les leviers d'embrayage de lame et d'avancement
ne sont pas actionnées.
- Placez-vous à droite du guidon, en arrière de la machine.

Start hebel zum Starten des Motors ziehen. Den Startergriff
langsam loslassen.

- Benzinhahn öffnen (Abb. 11c Seite 34).
- Gashebel in Position «Start» stellen.
- Überprüfen, dass die Kupplungshebel zum Einrücken des Messers
und für die Vorwärtsfahrt nicht betätigt sind.
- Rechts vom Lenker, hinter den Mäher stellen.

- Push the button and move the blade clutch control lever fordward.

- Open the petrol tap (fig. 11c page 4).
- Move the throttle control lever to the «Start» position.
- Make sure that the blade clutch and forward control levers are not
actuated.
- Move to the right of the handlebars, behind the mower.
- Pull the starter handle slowly until you feel some compression
than return to the starting position before pulling hard on the
starter handle to start the motor.
