LIMITED WARRANTY
This Warranty is offered by Atlas Filtri S.r.l. - Via del Santo, 227 - 35010 Limena (ITALIA), as the finished product supplier.
A) Limited Warranty: Atlas Filtri S.r.l. guarantees that each product is free of factory defects in normal use and maintenance conditions for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase
with reference to the following exclusions and limitations:
B) Exclusions - The warranty offered by Atlas Filtri S.r.l. is not applicable in the following cases:
(i) wear and tear of cartridges and any component part of normal operations, including gaskets without limitations.
(II) Installation, tampering, modifications, negligent or incorrect maintenance, maintenance in conflict with the product instruction manual or perform by unskilled personnel.
(iii) Installation and/or use of non original parts and other components.
(iv) Product installation in unsuitable environments and/or in conditions not considered by the instruction manual.
C) Limitations - Atlas Filtri S.r.l. liability for this limited warranty is exclusively limited to the replacement of a product recognised as defective by the authorised dealer on business premises
and during normal business hours, excluding shipping, installation and other repair costs. Defects and/or labour delays do not give rise to compensation or warranty extensions. TO THE
MAXIMUM PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ATLAS FILTRI S.r.l. CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY OTHER COST, LOSS OR DAMAGE, WHETHER DIRECT, ACCIDENTAL, PUNITIVE, CONSE-
QUENT OR EXEMPLARY, THAT MAY ARISE IN ASSOCIATION WITH THE SALE OR USE OR IMPOSSIBILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT FOR ANY PURPOSE AND USE. This limited warranty is the sole
solution and sole liability of Atlas Filtri S.r.l., for the warranty, contract or negligence reasons, for actual or alleged defects in Atlas Filtri S.r.l. product working conditions. EXCEPT FOR THAT
SPECIFICALLY STATED HERETO, ANY WARRANTY IMPLIED BY LAW, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OR MARKETABILITY OR SUITABILITY FOR SPECIAL PURPOSES, IS EXPRESSLY EXCLUDED.
THESE WARRANTY STATEMENTS ARE EXCLUSIVE AND REPLACE ANY OTHER POSSIBLE SOLUTION.

TROUBLESHOOTING
OASIS devices are constructed following
strict quality controls and are subject to
stringent efficiency and resistance tests.
Following are a series of problems that
may occur due to incorrect installation
or maintenance or improper use, pos-
sible negligence or due to filter or part
wear.

WORK TYPE
Problem: The unit does not deliver water.
Cause
Inlet tap turned-off.
Insufficient input pressure.
Filters clogged.
RO Membrane
Shut-off valve broken.
Membrane clogged.
Booster pump broken.
Problem: The device continuously discharges water.
Cause
Hydraulic circuit leak.
Shut-off valve broken.
Problem: Delivered water has an unpleasant taste.
Cause
AIC active carbon post-filter depleted.
Storage tank bacterially polluted.
RO membrane fault.
UV lamp fault.
Problem: The booster pump does not start when dedicated (processed water) tap is turned-on.
Cause
No power supply.
Pump broken.
Incorrect wiring.
Pump AC/DC adaptor broken.
Problem: With dedicated (processed water) tap turned-off, the booster pump restarts for several seconds.
Cause
Hydraulic circuit leak.
Solution
Turn-on the inlet tap.
Make sure supply water mains pressure is not under
3 bar (43.5 psi) in models without pump
and 1 bar (14.4 psi) check in models with pump.
Check filter cartridge conditions; replace if clogged.
Replacement
Replace the shut-off valve (see section 4 non-routine maintenance).
Replace the membrane.
Replace the pump (see section 4 non-routine maintenance).
Solution
Check pipes and quick-fits and look for leaks.
Replace the shut-off valve (see section 4 non-routine maintenance).
Solution
Replace the AIC post-filter.
Replace the storage tank (see section 4 non-routine maintenance).
Replace the RO membrane.
Replace the UV lamp.
Solution
Make sure the power cord is plugged in and there is power.
Replace the pump (see section 4 non-routine maintenance).
Check pump and pressure gauge wiring in diagram 2.3.
(see section 4 non-routine maintenance).
Replace the pump AC/DC adaptor (see section 4 non-routine maintenance).
Solution
Check the hydraulic circuit to the drain tap and look for leaks.
