INSTALLATION
1. Connect the electrical appliances to a permanently‐on or remote‐controlled outlet.
Note: The permanently‐on outlets will provide constant power. The remote‐controlled outlets
will be managed by Eco PowerGuard TVFR with the On/Off mode depending on current
consumption status. Please refer to the specifications for details.
2. Connect the telephone RJ11 cable, Ethernet Cat 5 RJ45 cable and coaxial cable to Eco
PowerGuard TVFR for surge protection (cables are not provided).
3. Connect external IR remote control cable to the connector.
Note: This is an option if the user wishes to extend the IR transmission distance.
Precautions
Make sure the power source is properly grounded, and use the power cord supplied with Eco
PowerGuard TVFR to connect it to the power source.
