Haftung
§
Der Hersteller haftet nicht
für Schäden und/oder Fol-
geschäden, die durch un-
sachgemäßen Gebrauch, langfristige
Lagerung, fehlerhafte Montage oder
Pflege verursacht worden sind.
In jedem Fall ist die Haftung des Herstel-
lers bei grober Fahrlässigkeit und Vorsatz
ausgeschlossen.
In allen übrigen Fällen gelten die gesetz-
lichen Bestimmungen.

Garantie,
Garantiebedingungen
Der Hersteller gewährt für das Produkt
eine Garantie gemäß nachfolgenden
Grundsätzen und gesetzlichen
Bestimmungen.
Die Garantie ist nur bei Vorlage eines
ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllten Garantie-
scheins gültig!
Die Garantie, welche vom Hersteller nach
der jeweils gültigen Fassung des Bürger-
lichen Gesetzbuches über den festgesetz-
ten Rahmen gewährt wird, berechtigt
den Käufer zu kostenloser Reparatur
des gekauften Produkts. Rechte aus der
Mängelhaftung des Produktes, für das
die Garantiezeit gilt, erlöschen, wenn sie
während der Garantiezeit nicht geltend
gemacht werden. Die Garantiezeit wird
um die Zeit des Raklamationsverfahrens
verlängert, wenn die Reklamation gerecht-
fertigt ist. Der Kunde ist verpflichtet, die
Garantie nur bei dem im Garantieschein
angeführten Verkäufer geltend zu machen.
In Ihrem eigenen Interesse füllen Sie den
Garantieschein bitte vollständig aus!
Empfehlung
Bewahren Sie den Garantieschein zusam-
men mit dem Kaufbeleg (oder mit dem
Beleg der fachgerechten Installation des
Produktes) während der Garantiezeit gut
auf. Im Falle der Reklamation müssen Sie
die originalen Belege vorlegen.

Terms and Conditions
The manufacturer offers a warranty on
the product pursuant to the following

The warranty can only be honoured with
the presentation of a properly completed
warranty certificate!
The warranty, which is granted by the
manufacturer pursuant to the scope
specified in the respective current version
of the German Civil Code (BGB), entitles
the buyer to have the purchased product
repaired free of charge. Rights arising
from product defects covered by the
warranty term expire if they are not
asserted during the warranty term. The
warranty term is extended by the time it
takes to process a complaint, insofar as
the complaint is justified. The customer
is obligated to assert the warranty
exclusively against the seller specified
on the warranty certificate. It is in your
own best interest to fully complete the
warranty certificate!
Recommendation
Keep the warranty certificate in a safe
place along with the purchase receipt
(or proof of proper product installation)
for the entire warranty term. You must
provide the original documents in case
of a complaint.

La garantie est uniquement valable sur
présentation d'un certificat de garantie
rempli conformément !
La garantie, accordée pour une durée
définie par le fabricant selon la version
valable du Code civil allemand à cette
date permet à l'acheteur d'obtenir une
réparation gratuite du produit acheté.
Les droits issus de la garantie du produit
expirent pendant le délai de garantie
s'ils ne sont pas formulés pendant ce
délai de garantie. Le délai de garantie
est prolongé de la durée du processus de
réclamation dans le cas où la réclamation
est justifiée. Le client s'engage à faire
valoir la garantie uniquement auprès du
vendeur mentionné dans le certificat de
garantie. Dans votre intérêt, nous vous
demandons de bien vouloir entièrement
remplir le certificat de garantie !
Recommandation
Conservez votre certificat de garantie
avec le reçu de l'achat (ou avec le reçu
de l'installation professionnelle du pro-
duit) durant le délai de garantie. En cas
de réclamation, vous devrez présenter
les documents originaux.
