Body and bars assembly:
- Completely unscrew the handgrip (turn the reversible nut clockwise until standstill ).
- Insert the bar in the f1aring tool body (slide with red arrow).
- Insert the two locking screws at the end of the bar.
Flaring operation:
- Cut and ream the tube.
- Insert the tube into the proper size opening and close the f1aring bars. Make sure the
tube is even with the surface of the f1aring bars.
- Slide the body on the bar until the red arrow meets the proper size.
- Tighten the bars blocking the handgrip finally.
- Turn the reversible nut anticlockwise until standstill .
- Turn the handgrip clockwise until the ratchet releases automatically. A few additional
turns, before turning anticlockwise, will burnish the flare.
- Turn the reversible nut clockwise until standstiII. Completely unscrew the handgrip until
standstill.
- Loosen the bars blocking handgrip and slide the f1aring tool body back.
- Remove the tube. If the bars do not open (tube tends to "stick"), turn the blocking
handgrip until the bars open.
