bar so that the skip lift and it is possible unlook the proper chain. Pushing the distributor bar, the skip will go down to load the
aggregate. When the skip is loaded, pull the distributor : the skip will be lifted and the aggregate will be pour down in the drum. Add
a certain amount of water using the water-tub. Pull the reducer level in the opposite position and the drum turns in the opposite
direction and unloads the mix by front opening. During this operation it is possible to descend the skip only ( to load) as the pump
does not rais steam the oil in the system. To start mixing again, pull the level in the position "IMPASTA" and starts the above
operations as described.
At the end of every day's work, the mixing drum must be cleaned. Pull down the skip ( or it is lifted, hook the safety chain), put out
the engine ( for the model with electric starter remove the key).
POSITION OF THE CONCRETE MIXER
The machine should be set on a solid and as flat as possible surface.
This concrete-mixer has been produced in according with safety
standards an safety at works laws currently in force.
To avoid possible accidents, particularly if the concrete mixer
is empty, due to a heavy wind, the machine must be switched
off and tacken to a place sheltered from the wind or
use proper anchorage device, as shown on the picture..
