WARNING: SITRANS LR250 is to be used only in the manner outlined in this manual,

SITRANS LR250 is a 2-wire 25 GHz pulse radar level transmitter for continuous monitoring of
liquids and slurries in storage vessels including high pressure and high temperature, to a range of
20 m (66ft). It is ideal for small vessels and low dielectric media.
The device consists of an electronic circuit coupled to a horn antenna and either a threaded or
flange type process connection. A threaded PVDF antenna is also available.
SITRANS LR250 supports HART communication protocol, and SIMATIC PDM software. Signals
are processed using Process Intelligence.
