Check for loose screws on the scooter. If there is one loosened, tighten it.
Do not place scooters in the sun or in other severely humid places for a long time.
Please, keep the scooters clean.
Keep the rear brake disc clean, to avoid breakage.
WARNING
Do not use alcohol, gasoline, kerosene or other corrosive solutions, volatile chemical
solvents to clean the e-scooter. Otherwise, it will cause serious damage to the structure
and / or internal elements. Do not wash the electric scooter under strong water
pressure, even if the scooter is turned off.
CHARGE AND MAINTENANCE OF THE LITHIUM BATTERY
We recommend that you fully charge the battery before using your E-Scooter for the
first time.
Connect the charger to your E-Scooter through the connector on the right side of the
scooter base and plug the charger into the power.
Do not disconnect the equipment until the battery is fully charged. The battery display
indicates the battery charge.
The battery charging time depends on the amperage of each battery, which can take
up to 7h (14,000mAh batteries)
When the battery is idle for a long time, charge it at least once a month.
NOTE: Damage to the battery due to water ingress, collision and other non-normal
factors is not covered by the warranty.
The charger is provided with a charge protection function, so that charging will stop
automatically when the battery is fully charged at 100%.
Connect the charger to the power supply socket (AC100V-240V).
When the charger indicator is red, it indicates that the battery is charging, and when
the charger light glows green, the battery is completely full.
Do not use batteries of other brands to avoid damage.
Do not open or disassemble the battery to avoid electric shock.
Avoid contact with metal objects to prevent the occurrence of a short circuit.
Otherwise, the battery may malfunction or may damage the user.
It is recommended to use an AC adapter, which comes in the original configuration of
the device, to avoid an accident or fire from the vehicle.
After each use of the device, charge the battery to prolong its life.
Avoid a full discharge of the device, as it will prolong the life of the battery.
When using the device at normal room temperature, the battery can travel a much
longer distance and its performance will be better, but if you use the scooter at
temperatures below 0 degrees, the performance and permeability of the vehicle will
decrease.
NOTE: A fully charged scooter operates between 120 and 180 days of standby
time. The battery has an intelligent chip, which stores information about its charge-
discharge. If you are not going to charge the battery for a long time, it can cause
serious damage, making it impossible to recharge the device. This type of damage is
not included in the free warranty service.
CAUTION: Do not disassemble the device by unauthorized persons, as there is a risk of
electric shock or serious injury as a result of a short circuit.
