ASSAINISSEMENT
Zefiro est un système en mesure d'assainir l'air en
utilisant la ventilation tangentielle du four.
L'air est aspiré à travers des trous présents sur le côté
arrière du four, purifié à travers un double faisceau de
lumière ultraviolette germicide UV-C et réintroduit
dans l'espace ambiant à travers la fissure avant du four.
Pour activer le système d'assainissement, il suffit de
tourner la manette des fonctions sur la première
position, en alignant le pointeur avec le symbole de
l'Assainisseur Zefiro (voir page 28).
La durée du cycle d'assainissement dépend du vo-
lume d'air que l'on entend purifier, le système Zefiro
est en mesure d'assainir 8 m3/h.
Pour terminer le cycle d'assainissement il suffit
d'interrompre la fonction manuellement.
En alternative. il est possible d'attribuer une durée au
cycle d'assainissement. Le cas échéant, à la fin
du temps configuré, la fonction s'interrompra
automatiquement.
Le système peut être activé lorsqu'il n'est pas en mode
cuisson et avec four froid.
Pendant la fonction d'assainissement, il est
conseillé de garder les portes et les fenêtres
fermées pour en augmenter l'efficacité.
AIR SANIFICATION SYSTEMS
Zefiro is a system capable of sanitizing the air using the
oven tangential ventilation.
The air is sucked in through the holes on the rear of the
oven, purified through a double beam of UV-C germicidal
ultraviolet light and reintroduced into the environment
through the front slot of the oven.
To activate the air sanification system, simply turn the
function knob to the first position, aligning the pointer with
the Zefiro sanitizer symbol (see page 28).
The duration of the sanitization cycle depends on the
volume of air to be purified, the Zefiro system can sanitize
8 m3/h.

To end the sanitization cycle, simply stop the function
manually.
Alternatively, it is possible to assign a duration to the
sanitation cycle; in this case, when the set time has
elapsed, the function will stop automatically.
The system can be activated when it is not cooking and
when the oven is cold.
During the air sanification function it is re-
commended to keep doors and windows
closed to increase effectiveness.
