1. The patient presses on the
button.
2. The button is misconnected.

The "Neutral Fix" mode can only
be used with a neutral accessory
in return.
Another accessory is
connected in addition to
the MIX accessory.
The board software version is not
similar to the GMU version.

Output parameters
1. Make sure that the patient did not press
the button OR check the patient's skin and
make sure that everything is ok. Turn off
and restart the device using the button on
the rear.
2. Unplug the button and plug it in correctly.
If the problem persists, call after-sales
service.
3. Make sure that the button is not
damaged. If it is, call after-sales service.
Use a neutral accessory in return when
"Neutral Fix" mode is selected, or select
"Neutral Mobile" mode.
Either disconnect the other accessory to
use the MIX accessory, or disconnect the
MIX accessory to use the other accessory.
1. Please update the software version
by pressing the "UPDATE" button in the
"Settings"menu.
2. Check that the version of TECARX
accessories is the same as the version of
BACK4.
3. If problem persists, call after-sales
