The following cleaning protocol should be carried out after each treatment:
• Wipe any excess cream from the accessories.
• Carefully clean the accessories using an appropriate disposable disinfectant wipe*.
• Dry the accessories using a clean, disposable paper towel.
• Make sure that all accessories are clean, free from conductive cream and completely dry.
*Always ensure that the disinfectant you use is suitable both for a medical device and for skin contact (e.g.:
appropriate products from Bactynea, Stericid, Purell or Aseptonet).

Note: If you have not used the device for a few days, apply the same cleaning protocol before using the BACK4
again.
WARNING: Repair or technical maintenance of the device, or any of its accessories, are prohibited.
Only SWIMS S.A.S./WINBACK technicians are permitted to open or service the device. Users are
strictly forbidden to open the device.

6.2 REMOTE MAINTENANCE

This device is equipped with a remote maintenance module to allow easy access to software updates via wifi.
The connection is only used for device updates and no personal information is collected.
When the device is switched on for the first time, it will offer to connect to wifi. Select a wifi network, enter the
password and validate.
Once connected to wifi, press X to return to the settings screen.
Cleaning process
Clean the touchscreen with the cloth, allowing any
excess alcohol to dry naturally.
Wipe the power cord regularly with a dry cloth.
Moisture and dust can cause fire or electric shock.
After each treatment, wipe the accessories with a
soft, dry cloth or a slightly damp microfiber cloth,
then with a disinfectant wipe.
