Adjustments
• The driver's seats must be adjusted correctly before use of the vehicle for proper functioning and in order to avoid potential injury.
• The moving area of the driver's seat should be clear and free of any objects.
• Before operating the seat, all packaging material must be removed from the seat parts.
• Before the vehicle is driven, all seat adjustments must be correctly set.
• Adjustments to the seat must only be made when the vehicle is stationary.
HAZARD WARNING!
• The backrest frame should be supported by the driver's weight before the backrest recliner is to avoid the seat jerking forward and causing injury.
Installations
• Whilst installing or removing a seat, the instructions provided by the specifi c vehicle manufacturer must be followed.
• Holding onto the covers of the seat when lifting it is a potential danger to your safety. The covers could become loose or break causing personal injury.
• Before uninstalling the driver's seat, ensure all electrical connections between the seat and the vehicle operating system are disconnected. When replacing the
electrical connectors, make sure they are tightly installed.
• Seatbelts may only be fi tted or retrofi tted as approved by KAB Seating or a KAB Seating approved dealer.
• Before driving, seatbelts must be fastened. Aft er any accidents, the seatbelts must be replaced.
• After an accident, a specialist must check the seat, the seat belt and the seat mounting.
• The seat fasteners must be checked regularly for faults and to ensure they are tightly secured.

the vehicle is being used. This will cause the vehicle to stop.
