B- The filter (Part B), must be cleaned under the faucet right alter its use and before the pulp
inside dries up. Clean it with hot water preferably although it can be perfectly washed with
cold water as long as this operation is done just after the elaboration of the veggie drink. Dry
the filtering glass with a kitchen cloth.
C- lf you don't do it this way and the pulp dries up, don't scrape the filler with another
rough metallic surface, but use a brush instead. More cleaning tricks al

D- Never use abrasive cleaning products or chemical agents for the cleaning of Vegan Milker®.
Water only or water with soap is more than enough.
E- Wooden mortar and bamboo lid. Before using for the first time and to increase their
natural resistance to moisture they must be treated with oil approved for contact with food,
for instance vegetable oil. Oil once, wipe off any surplus oil and then repeat the treatment
24 hours later.
F- Dishwasher safe. AII Vegan Milker® components are dishwasher safe except for the wood
mortar and the cork lid or the bamboo lid.
G- MÜLSI®: We recommend cleaning the micro-perforated discs with a brush (for example
with a toothbrush).
H- Stainless steel mesh: From time to time (especially if you use Vegan Milker® to make
coffee) it is advisable to thoroughly clean the Vegan Milker® steel mesh. Put 1 liter of hot water
at 60ºC in a saucepan and add 1 tablespoon of baking soda. Submerge the filter mesh for 5
minutes and rub it gently with the help of a toothbrush. It will be like new!

3- HAND BLENDER OR STAB MIXER
Vegan Milker® works with every standard and not industrial hand blender or stab mixer of
domestic use. The hand blender is not included in the Vegan Milker® packaging box.
4- TECHNICAL FEATURES AND APPROVALS
• Steel Mesh: AISI 316 stainless steel microperforated at 300 µ (0.3mm) except in the MÜLSI®
version which is 150 µ (0.15mm).
• Approval: Vegan Milker® and its materials are of certificated food contact quality, FDA
approved, and free of toxic chemical components such as PVC, BPA, halogen compounds,
formaldehyde, etc. Tested & certified by Bureau Veritas and TÜV Rheinland in Germany and
by AIMPLAS (Plastics Technology Center) in Spain.
• Patents & Trademarks: Vegan Milker®, Veggle®, Chufamix®, MÜLSI® & Emulsionizer® are
registered brands. Consequently, its non-authorized use is prohibited, being reserved to
the owner the actions for its prosecution. The mechanism for the drink fabrication and its
components and accessories, including this user guide, are all protected by invention patent
rights and copyright in Europe, China, USA, Mexico, and others. Their fabrication, commer-
cialization, offer, importation and any exploitation or reproduction without the consent of
the owner are prohibited.
5- LETTER OF GUARANTEE
Chufamix S.L. will repair or replace this product within 3 years if its failure has happened be-
cause of fabrication default and not because of an improper use, disregarding the instructions
described in this guide. Show the buying ticket or purchase order as certificate of guarantee.
