USER GUIDE
Vegan Milker® is a kitchen tool to make plant milks and coffee by squeezing out nuts, cereals,
coffee grains, any other seeds, and plants. The best way is to use Vegan Milker® in combination
with a hand blender (getting a super-efficient emulsion of 1 Liter in 1 minute), even though
you can also use it as a mere strainer. The pulp leftover can be recycled in no more than 5
minutes into tasty, sweet, raw, or cooked vegan dishes.
If you want your Vegan Milker® to last for a lifetime, follow the next instructions.
6 STEPS (page 3)
Step 1: Fill the container to the 1/2-liter, 0,8 liter or 1 liter mark with drinking water.
Step 2: Fil the filler glass inside the container.
Step 3: Place the nuts, cereals, coffee grains or seeds inside the filler glass.
Step 4: Introduce your hand blender (not included) and mix gently for one minute.
Step 5A (Optional): Take out the filler and using a wooden spoon move it gently until
you see the pulp.
Step 5B: Smoothly press with the mortar to squeeze the last drops.
Step 6: Place the lid on the container and put it into the fridge. Stir before serving.
1- ATTENTION! PREVIOUS WARNING*
A- Washing: Wash all Vegan Milker® components before first use.
B- Versatility: The Vegan Milker® filter can be used in kitchen containers. Using a taller and
narrower container (casserole, dipper...) helps the filtering. The water should always cover
the seeds, if it doesn't, add them little by little as we emulsify.
C- Hot water: The Vegan Milker® glass and plastic containers, as well as the filters, are made
with the best materials on the market (all of European & North American origin). After intense
chemical tests carried out in Germany, they have been approved to be used with water at 100º
(for a maximum of 15 minutes) without any chemical or toxic element migrating to the food
or drinks. Tests handled by Bureau Veritas and TÜV Rheinland in Germany, and by AIMPLAS
(Plastics Technology Center) in Spain.
D- "MÜLSI®" version
d1: Mesh and Discs (AISI 316 stainless steel): The holes in the steel mesh of the upper filter
are 150 µ* (=0.15mm). If you use the "blind" disk (without perforations) at the base, you will
make the "ultra-fine" drink. If you use the perforated disk with 300 µ* holes (=0.3mm) you will
obtain a creamier and more intense emulsion.
Attention: The edges of the disc can be sharp.
d2: Turbulence: With the perforated disk, a turbulence that optimizes the emulsion is
generated. For a better experience, move the hand blender up and down inside the filter.
d3: Use in casseroles: When you use any kitchen pot instead of the Vegan Milker® container,
we recommend using the perforated disc and moving MÜLSI® in circles inside the casserole.
d4: Welding: A vertical line can be seen inside the MÜLSI filter. It is the welding of the steel
mesh. It is electropolished and is for food use.
2- CLEANING*
A- The pulp resulting from the pressing of the raw material you use will remain stuck at the
bottom of the filtering glass (Part B). Our recommendation is to separate it carefully from the
filler, with the help of a wood or a plastic spoon or spatula (never a metallic one, to avoid
damaging the filler).
