c. Demounting cronus ii:
Demounting gland
• Strike the securing lip back with a chaser (see fig. 2)
• Screw the gland loose. Use an appropriate tool (fig. 3)
• Take the rod out of the cylinder

Demounting Piston: Bore 25, 30, 32:
• Clamp the cylinder rod or attachment in a vice or decent clamp. Make sure that the rod will not get damaged.
• Screw the seallock nut loose to the left.
• Push the piston of the shaft journal (see fig. 8, opposite direction) The head nut can be pushed off the rod.
Demounting Piston: Bore 40 upto 100:
In this section the piston is secured with a crimp ring.
• Clamp the cylinder rod or attachment in a vice or decent clamp. Make sure that the rod will not get damaged.
• Cleave the crimp ring with for example a nut cleaver open. Make sure that the rod and piston will not get damaged.
• Screw the piston loose from the rod to the left.
