Dies gilt auch bei Vertrieb unter Verwendung von Fernkom-

Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte mindestens 400 m² betragen
oder die gesamten Lager- und Versandflächen mindestens
800 m² betragen, wobei die unentgeltliche Abholung auf
Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte der Kategorien 1 (Wärmeüber-
träger), 2 (Bildschirmgeräte) und 4 (Großgeräte mit mindes-
tens einer äußeren Abmessung über 50 cm) beschränkt ist.
Für alle übrigen Elektro- und Elektronikgeräte muss der Ver-
treiber geeignete Rückgabemöglichkeiten in zumutbarer Ent-
fernung zum jeweiligen Endnutzer gewährleisten; das gilt
auch für Altgeräte, die in keiner äußeren Abmessung größer
als 25 cm sind, die der Endnutzer zurückgeben will, ohne ein
neues Gerät zu kaufen.

Operation
The operator must use the product in accordance with the
u
regulations. The local conditions must be taken into ac-
count. When working, pay attention to other people, es-
pecially to children.
Never allow children, persons with physical, sensory or
u
mental limitations or a lack of experience and/or know-
ledge and/or people unfamiliar with these instructions to
use the machine. Local regulations may restrict the age of
the operator.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
u
play with the machine.
The operator is responsible for third parties in the work
u
area. Make sure that the water jet does not point in a dir-
ection where it can cause damage.

Never direct the water jet
against the face of people
and animals, the machine it-
self or electric components.
Application
All current-conducting components in the work area must
u
be protected against splashed water.
Materials containing asbestos and other materials which
u
contain substances which are hazardous to your health
must not be sprayed.
Operate the machine only when the battery compartment
u
is shut. This protects the battery against splashed water.
Before use, check that the machine and operating equip-
u
ment are in perfect condition and are safe to operate. Do
not use if it is not in perfect condition.
The machine must be placed on a stable surface.
u
Do not use solvent-containing liquids, undiluted acids,
u
acetone or solvents, including petrol, paint thinners,
heating oil. The sprayed vapours are highly flammable,
explosive and toxic.
Never fill the water tank with the filter removed or if the
u
filter is damaged.
Do not modify the machine. Unauthorized modifications
u
can impair the safety of your machine, lead to increased
noise and vibrations, and poor performance.
Do not direct the spray jet against the faces of persons or
u
animals.
Never immerse the machine into water to fill the tank.
u
High pressure may cause objects to rebound. If necessary
u
wear suitable personnel protective equipment such as
safety goggles.
Use only fresh (not saline) water to fill the water tank.
u
Only use the machine with clear water. Do not add any ad-
u
ditives to the water. Contaminants in the water can dam-
age the pump and accessories.
Transport and Storage
Switch the machine off and ensure that the extendable
u
handle is locked before transporting.
Care should be taken when lifting and moving
the machine, particularly when the water tank
is full. Check if the extendable handle is se-
curely locked. Use the extendable handle and
the lower front handle to lift the machine. Ensure a healthy
back posture when lifting the machine. Keep your back
straight and bend the knees.
Use caution when moving the machine over slopes or
u
steps. The machine is heavy when filled with water.
Before storing, drain the water from the tank and the
u
pump system.
Discolouration may occur if the device is exposed to dir-
u
ect sunlight.
Maintenance
Switch off the unit prior to all cleaning and maintenance
u
work and before replacing components. Pull out the
mains plug if the unit is mains-operated.
Repairs may only be carried out by authorised Bosch Ser-
u
vice Centres.
