DESCRIPTION OF THE
CONTROL SYSTEM
Monitor inputs
In this screen, the status of all available inputs on the
I/O modules on the backplane of the PLC can be
monitored. When this screen is activated, the first 8
channels of the first input card will be displayed.
Dependent on the input locations and the current
machine status, this screen could look like this:
In this screen, the first 8 inputs of input module A1 are
displayed. Behind the input numbers is the input
symbol, which can also be found in the wiring
diagram. Behind the symbols is the description of the
input.
The last item on a line is the current state of the input.
A value of 1 means that the input is high, a value of 0
means a low input.
When there is no description and symbol behind an
input number, this means that this input is not used in
the machine program, and probably will not be
connected, also.
When there is a symbol behind an input number, but
there is no description, this means that the input is
used in the machine program, but that no description
could be found in the input description file on the
compact flash card.
For each input is also a 'normal status' of the input
indicated. This normal status is the status of the input
when the machine is running without pieces going
through.

Dans cet écran, l'état de toutes les entrées

Lorsque cet écran est activé, la première carte
d'entrée sera affichée. Dépendant des lieux d'entrée
et de l'état actuel de la machine, cet écran pourrait
ressembler à:
Dans cet écran, les 8 premières entrées du module
d'entrée A1 sont affichées. Derrière les numéros
d'entrée, le symbole d'entrée est affiché, qui se
trouvent également dans le schéma de câblage.
Derrière les symboles, la description de l'entrée est
affichée.
Le dernier élément sur une ligne est l'état actuel de
l'entrée. La valeur 1 signifie que l'entrée est haute
(on), la valeur 0 signifie une entrée basse (off).
Lorsqu'il n'y a aucune description et symbole
derrière un numéro d'entrée, cela signifie que cette
entrée n'est pas utilisée et probablement ne sera
pas connectée.
Lorsqu'il y a un symbole derrière un numéro
d'entrée, mais il n'y a aucune description, cela
signifie que l'entrée est utilisée dans le programme
d'ordinateur, mais qu'aucune description n'a pu être
trouvée dans le fichier de description d'entrée sur la
carte flash compact.
Pour chaque entrée, un 'état normal' de l'entrée est
également indiqué. Cet état normal est l'état de
l'entrée lorsque la machine marche sans traiter des
pièces.
