SETUP AND ADJUSTMENT OF
MACHINE
Basic checks
IMPORTANT
The initial start-up of the machine may only
be performed by a Electrolux technician or
trained distributor personnel. Under special
circumstances
Electrolux
request an initial start-up performed by the
customer.
If initial start up has been performed by Electrolux
personnel a proper and detailed instruction of the
customer will be supplied.
WARNING
Self initial start-up can lead to personnel
injury,
damage
environment.
Starting the machine
• Before the machine can be started the direction of
rotation of the motors must be checked.
A safe check can be made in the following way:
• Set the main switch on, but also keep your hand
with the emergency stop.
1. Start the machine and stop immediately
2. Press the start button and the emergency stop
directly afterwards; check at the same time
the rotating direction of a motor which is not
connected to a frequency converter.
• If the direction of rotation is wrong, two of the three
phases on the main cable must be exchanged.
• See diagram for clamp numbers.
• Set the pressure at 6 Bar.
Testing the machine
Test the machine with a variety of the materials to be
processed.

IMPORTANT
La première mise en service de la machine
doit être exclusivement confiée à un monteur
de chez Electrolux ou à un représentant
expérimenté
nécessaire. Dans des cas exceptionnels,
une autorisation spéciale peut être octroyée
pour que le client puisse procéder lui-même
à la mise en service.
Lors de la première mise en service par le personnel
d'Electrolux, le personnel du client recevra une
initiation et formation exhaustive et poussée.
AVERTISSEMENT
Une première mise en service effectuée
par
exceptionnelle risque de donner lieu à
l'apparition de dommages aussi bien
corporels que matériels et écologiques.
Le réglage de la machine
• Avant de faire démarrer la machine, il faut
contrôler le sens de rotation des moteurs.
Un contrôle sûr peut être effectué comme suit:
• Enclenchez l'interrupteur principal.
1. Mettez en marche la machine et l'arrêtez
immédiatement.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton ‚start' et après l'arrêt
d'urgence; vérifiez en même temps la
direction de rotation d'un moteur qui n'est pas
relié à un régulateur de fréquence.
• Lorsqu'il y a une erreur de sens de rotation, il faut
intervertir deux des trois phases du câble
principal.
• Voir diagramme.
• Réglez la pression à 6 Bars.
Les essais de la machine
Testez les machines avec les différents matériaux à
traiter.
