MACHINE FUNCTION AND
ADJUSTMENT
Folding ways and dimensions
20 main folding programs are available. You only
have to select the program en the folding way will be
adjusted. Overlaps and such can be adjusted.
512 Program positions are reserved to set a folding
way. For this, you select a main program en you set
the corresponding values.
De dimensions for the French fold are:

For the length fold you can adjust the width by means
of the template adjustment.
Minimum folding width: 120mm
Maximum folding width: 450mm
The maximum width of the article is 800mm when
length folded on 1/2.
After the cross fold, the article can have a maximum
length of 450mm before it is transported to the
stacker. The machine has three parallel positioned
stacking devices. If the machine is provided with the
lengthened length fold conveyor, then an extra
stacking device is available. If the article has a larger
length, the stacking devices can be coupled.
The maximum stacking height is 300mm.
As the machine has three stacking devices, three
groups of articles can be sorted on length. When the
machine is equipped with four stacking devices
(option, lengthened length fold conveyor), then four
groups of articles can be sorted.

Manières de pliage et dimensions
Il y a 20 programmes principaux. Vous n'avez qu'à
sélectionner le programme et la manière de pliage
sera ajustée. Chevauchements etc. peuvent être
ajustés.
512 positions de programme sont réservées pour
définir une manière de pliage. Pour ce faire, vous
sélectionnez un programme principal en vous réglez
les valeurs correspondantes
Les dimensions pour le pli français sont:

Epaisseur pièce pliée 50mm maximale.
Pour les plis longitudinaux, la largeur peut être réglée
au moyen du réglage des gabarits.
Largeur de pliage minimale: 120mm
Largeur de pliage maximale: 450mm
La largeur maximale de l'article est 800mm lorsque
plié longitudinalement au 1/2
Après le pli transversal, l'article peut avoir une
longueur maximale de 450mm avant l'empilage. La
machine dispose de trois empileurs qui sont
positionnés parallèlement. Si la machine dispose d'un
convoyeur allongé au pli longitudinal, puis un
empileur supplémentaire est disponible.
Si l'article a une plus grande longueur, les empileurs
peuvent être couplés. L'hauteur d'empilage maximale
est 254mm.
Comme la machine dispose de trois empileurs, trois
groupes d'articles peuvent être triées de longueur.
Lorsque la machine est équipée de quatre dispositifs
d'empilage (option, convoyeur allongé), puis quatre
groupes d'articles peuvent être triées.
