the copper colour, clean and polish the surface
according to the steps above.
• The base is slightly concave when cold, but
expands to flatten out when heated. Always
leave cookware to cool before cleaning it. This
allows the base to resume its shape and helps
to prevent it from becoming uneven with use.
• To prevent salt stains on the inside of your
cookware, do not add salt to your food until the
contents are boiling.
Good to know
• This cookware is suitable for use on all types of
hobs, including induction hob.
• By placing the cookware on a hob with the
same or a smaller diameter as the pot/pan you
can save energy.
• Always lift the cookware when moving it on a
glass ceramic hob to avoid the risk of scratching
the hob.
• Bear in mind that the cookware gets hot during
use. Always handle with pot holders.

Reinigung und Pflege
• Die Produkte vor der ersten Benutzung von
Hand spülen und abtrocknen.
• Das Kochgeschirr sollte von Hand gespült
werden. Dazu etwas Spülmittel und eine weiche
Bürste/einen weichen Schwamm nehmen. Kein
Chlor oder andere aggressive Chemikalien
verwenden, die diese das Kupfer beschädigen
könnten.
• Nach dem Spülen das Kochgeschirr sofort mit
einem Handtuch trocken reiben, um den Glanz
des Kupfers zu erhalten. Das Kochgeschirr nicht
von allein trocknen lassen, um Wasserflecken
und Verfärbungen des Kupfers zu vermeiden.
