4.1 Valve Mounting
1. R e m o v e
the plate.
2. Put 0-rings
and back-
ups on the
connector.
3. Attach the
g a s k e t ,
c o n n e c t o r
a s s e m b l y,
and
valve
assembly to
the pump. Do not
damage the 0-rings
while installing the
connector.

Two u-shaped rails are provided for mounting the pump to
a fixed surface. Refer to the drawing below for mounting
dimensions.

4.3 Electrical Connections
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS SHOULD BE MADE ONLY BY A
QUALIFIED ELECTRICIAN, ADHERING TO ALL APPLICABLE
LOCAL AND NATIONAL CODES.
1. Make sure that all power has been turned off.
2. Check that circuit protection of the line is rated for the
maximum current draw of the pump.
115-1-60 Models: Plug the power cord into a
properly grounded outlet.
230-1-60 Models: These units are supplied with a
power cord only. Connect the appropriate plug. Plug
the power cord into a properly grounded outlet.
230-3-60 Models: A 3-phase motor starter and
heater element (for motor overload protection)
are user-supplied and installed between the
power source and the pump.
460-3-60 and 575-3-60 Models: A 3-phase
motor starter and heater element (for motor
overload protection) are user-supplied and
installed between the power source and the
