1 – GENERAL INFORMATION
Thank you for having chosen one of our EN refrigerated counters of "UNIVERSAL" and "ECO-LABOR" series, a
refrigerated storage unit for dough and derivates.
Please carefully read the contents of this guide and make it available to whoever must install, use and maintain the
appliance.
1.1 – MARKING
The appliance identification plates (as shown in fig. 1 below) of all of "UNIVERSAL" and "ECO-LABOR" series counters
are to be found on the outer right side panel at the bottom front edge (near the door). This position remains the same
whether the counters have from 1 to 4 doors.
