The feed control unit (1) is used to set/display the
feed speed (motor speed drive roller) and activate
the motor start.
Display of the current selected speed in the display
(2).
Use the potentiometer (5) to set the speed (clock-
wise for higher speed, counter-clockwise for slower
speed).
The feed motor is activated with button 3 (in for-
ward direction).
The feed motor is stopped with button 4.
The feed motor is activated with button 6 (in re-
verse direction is normally not required).
Note: That control unit only activated when feed
motor is activated.
The mode selector switch (1) selects the mode of
operation:
Mode I: Switch in "Straight" position
Mode II: Switch in position "S Radius
In operating mode I the edge feed and the edge
band cut-off are activated/deactivated with the
micro switch on the worktable.
In operating mode II this is done by means of the
foot pedal and edge length adjustment.
With the setting wheels 1 and 2 the amount of
glue can be changed while turning.
Setting wheel 1 adjusts the amount of glue for the
edgeband.
Setting wheel 2 adjusts the amount of glue for the
workpiece.
