Operation
Calibrating the pump
To compensate for tube manufacturing tolerances and to ensure the best dosing results,
it is recommended to calibrate the pump at regular intervals and at each tube change.
To calibrate the pump, follow these steps:
Make sure the pump is switched on and running at idle speed (no rotation).
Make sure that all necessary tubing connections are made and the container(s) with
the medium to be transferred is/are connected to the pump.
Make sure that the parameters [pump head] and [inner tube diameter] are set
correctly.
Calibrate volumetric flow:
Use the [Select] button to activate the
desired volumetric flow.
Press the [Cal] button:

The pump delivers and automatically switches off after 60 seconds.
Measure the actual volume being pumped and use the arrow keys on the unit to
enter the value.

Use the [Select] button to activate the
