16.6 SAFETY FLUE THERMOSTAT

This device, positioned on the flue inside the boiler, interrupts the flow of gas to the burner if the temperature overheats.
After verifying the cause of the trip, press
WARNING
It is forbidden to disable this safety device.

16.7 FLUE PRESSURE SWITCH

This device, positioned inside the sealed chamber, interrupts the flow of gas to the burner in case the flue pressure exceeds
1.6 in w.c. (4 mbar). Verify if the vent is blocked before resetting the boiler.
DANGER
It is forbidden to disable this safety device.

16.8 REPLACEMENT OF PARTS

Perform the Automatic Calibration procedure as described below if one or more of the following components are replaced. Check
and adjust the CO
% value as indicated in the "Combustion Table".

Components replaced:
• Primary heat exchanger
• Fan
• Gas valve
• Gas nozzle
• Burner
• Flame sensing electrode
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When working on the appliance, check the condition and position of the flame sensing electrode and replace it if
necessary.

AUTOMATIC CALIBRATION FUNCTION

WARNING
Before performing this function make sure there are no heat demands in progress.
During this function ensure there is maximum heat exchange to the system in the Heating or DHW mode (DHW request)
in order to avoid the boiler shutting off due to overheating.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
If the display indicates "303" the Automatic Calibration function has not been activated. Disconnect the boiler from the
