Troubleshooting
Q: Eclean cannot be turned on?
A: Make sure battery is firmly installed and fully charged.
Q: The remote control isn't reacting?
A: Follow the steps below:
1. Turn on Eclean (during recharging, the remote control do not react).
2. Check for batteries in the remote control and make sure the battery power is
not empty.
3. Eclean does not respond to the remote control during a recharge. Please stop
the recharge and turn on Eclean.
Q: Why the warning indictor turns on?
A: These are the possible reasons:
1. Eclean has been off the ground for over 3 seconds. Please place it on the
ground once more.
2. The wheels have been stuck for over 10 seconds.
3. The collision panel is stuck with a foreign object for over 3 seconds.
Q: Why are the warning indicator and low-battery indicator turn on at the same
time?
A: These are the possible reasons:
1. An adapter other than factory-specified is used. Make sure the adapter is
the factory one (the one that comes with Eclean). Stop the recharge process,
drain the battery and recharge again to avoid accidents.
2. Recharging without a battery.
3. The battery is over-charged. Please wait for 2 hours before restarting Eclean.
Q: The collision panel isn't reacting?
A: Take off the protective foam to enable proper operation.
Q: In Start Mode, why doesn't the UV light react?
A: UV light is not automatically on after "Start" is pressed. You can turn it on as
desired.
