Sans limiter la généralité de ce qui précède, la garantie limitée de ElectricSA
exclut les composants du SAE endommagés par une faute ou une négligence
dans l'entretien du SAE et de ses composants ou résultant d'une utilisation non
conforme aux avis au propriétaire et au guide du propriétaire de ElectricSA par
le propriétaire. Hormis les pièces spécifiquement visées par la présente garantie
limitée, l'achat du SAE est fait aux risques et périls du Propriétaire.

ElectricSA garantit au propriétaire que la batterie fournie avec le SAE, lorsque
neuve, est en bonne condition de fonctionnement.
Cette garantie prendra fin douze (12) mois après la date d'achat du
SAE pour une batterie Plomb Acide.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Without limiting the generality of the foregoing limited warranty excludes
components ElectricSA SAE damaged by negligence or négligencedans
maintenance of SAE and its components or resulting from improper use
of the notice to the owner and guide owner ElectricSA by the owner.
Except parts specifically covered by this limited warranty, the purchase
of SAE is done at the risk of the owner.
DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD, IF A PROBLEM WITH YOUR SAE
OCCURS, YOU MUST BE PERFORMED BY THE MECANAIR REPAIR
TO MAINTAIN YOUR WARRANTY RIGHTS.
ElectricSA warrants to the owner, that the battery provided with the SAE
when the SAE is new, it is in good operating condition.
This warranty shall terminate twelve (12) months after the date of purchase
of SAE for a Lead Acid battery.

We guarantee ElectricSA products against mechanical defects for the
time period indicated on the package. Damage due to rough handling or
dropping is not covered by this guarantee. If your ElectricSa product
requires service, do not return it to the store where purchased.
