Garantie contre anoMaLie apparente
Le Propriétaire doit vérifier l'état apparent, la quantité et la contenance du
SAE suite à l'achat et procéder immédiatement le même jour à une inspec-
tion complète du SAE avec l'aide du guide du propriétaire. En présence
d'une avarie, d'un produit manquant ou endommagé, SAE cassé et autres
problèmes de même nature (ci-après : une « anomalie apparente »), le
Propriétaire doit contacter immédiatement le détaillant et le signaler à
ElecticSA dans un délai de trois (3) jours de la date d'achat chez le
détaillant par lettre recommandée avec accusé de réception. Si le
Propriétaire ne signale pas l'anomalie apparente dans le délai prescrit,
ElectricSA ne pourra être tenu responsable de tout préjudice subi par le
Propriétaire causé par l'anomalie apparente et le SAE sera considéré à l'achat
sans anomalie apparente et le Propriétaire s'en être déclaré satisfait.
Garantie du SYStÈMe de propuLSion
ElectricSA garantit au Propriétaire que le système de propulsion inclus avec
le SAE, lorsque neuf, est en bon état de fonctionnement. Cette garantie
expirera douze (12) mois après la date d'achat du SAE chez le détaillant.
Le système de propulsion est défini comme étant composé de la console
de commande, le groupe accélérateur, le moteur, les composants du
faisceau de fils et le câblage électrique.

WARRANTY AGAINS THE OCCURRENCE
The Owner shall verify the apparent condition, quantity and capacity of
SAE following the purchase and proceed immediately on the same day
to a full inspection of SAE with the help of Homeowners Guide. In the
presence of damage, a missing or damaged, broken SAE and other
similar problems (hereinafter : the « apparent anomaly »), the owner must
immediately contact the retailer and notify ElecticSA within three (3) days
from the date of purchase at retail by registered letter with acknowledgment
of receipt . If the owner does not report the apparent anomaly within the
prescribed period , ElectricSA can not be held responsible for any damage
suffered by the Owner caused by the apparent anomaly and SAE will be
considered for purchase without apparent anomaly and the Owner s ' be
declared satisfied.
WARRANTY OF PROPULSION SYSTEM
ElectricSA guarantees to the Owner that the propulsion system included
with SAE, when new, is in good working condition. This guarantee shall
expire twelve (12) months after the date of purchase of the SAE at the
retailer. The propulsion system is defined as consisting of the control
console, the accelerator group, the engine, the son dufaisceau
components and electrical wiring.
