Disc Compartment Cover
Push the L mark on the cover and the cover opens
upwards.

SNOOZE
After the timer on time is reached, use this button to
turn the unit off for 5 minutes.

SHUFFLE
Use this button for shuffle playback.

REPEAT
In CD or CARD-USB mode, use this button for repeat
playback.

Remote Sensor
When operating the remote control unit, point it
towards here.

FUNCTION
Use this button to select a source (TUNER, CD, AUX
or CARD-USB).

BAND
Use this button to select AM or FM.
H
MP3/FM MODE
In FM TUNER mode, use this button to select stereo
or monaural.
During playback of a MP3 disc, use this button to
search track name.
During playback from a USB memory card, use this
button to display the current folder name. Repeatedly
pressing displays the other folder names.
During playback of CD, use this button to switch the
ESP function on or off.

TIMER
Use this button together with the SKIP buttons to set
the timer.

SLEEP
Use this button to set sleep timer.

MEMORY/CLOCK ADJ
In CD or CARD-USB mode, use this button to
program tracks.
In TUNER mode, use this button to store preset
channels into memory.
This button is also used for clock adjustment.

TUNING
Turn this knob to tune in a station.

Disc/USB memory card operation buttons
When TUNER or AUX is selected, these buttons won't
work.
STOP (H)
Use this button to stop playback.
PLAY/PAUSE (y/J)
Use this button to start or pause playback.
SKIP/SEARCH (.m/,/)
Press these buttons to skip tracks.
Hold down these buttons to search for a part of a
track.

AUX IN jack
Connect external sources to this jack.
Q
USB connector
Connect your USB memory card to this connector.
R
STANDBY/ON
Press this switch to turn the unit on or off (standby).
The equipment draws a nominal amount of power
from the AC outlet even with its STANDBY/ON
switch in the STANDBY position.
S
VOLUME
Turn the knob up or down or press the up "5" or
the down "b" button to adjust the volume.
T
MUTING
Use this button to mute the sound.
