Only a flickering image is transmitted:
• This is caused, e.g. by counter-light or mirroring objects in the area of the outdoor unit's
camera. Position the outdoor unit elsewhere.
Loud whistling is played back:
• If your Smartphone or tablet is too close to the outdoor unit, there will be a feedback sound.
Keep enough distance.
• For test purposes, you can cover the aperture of the microphone with a stripe of thick adhe-
sive tape to avoid feedback sounds.
No picture and no sound are received or the reception is impaired:
• The outdoor unit is too far away from the outer or there are too many obstacles in between
(e.g. walls, etc.). Reduce the distance from the router or use a network cable for transmission.
• Check your WLAN router and your network for proper function.
Your Smartphone or tablet receives no push messages:
• The function may be deactivated on your mobile device or in the app. Activate the function.
• The app may not be opened. In this case, open the app and try again.

12. Maintenance and cleaning

Servicing or repair must only be carried out by a specialist or specialist workshop. There are no
components in the product that need to be serviced by you. Therefore, never open it.
A dry, soft and slightly moistened cloth is sufficient for cleaning the outside. Do not push the front
too strongly. It may be scratched.
Never use any aggressive cleaning agents, alcohol or other chemical solutions that
would damage the casing (discolouration).
