10. Resetting to the factory settings

To reset the outdoor unit to factory settings, proceed as follows.
• Push the button on the rear "RESET" (B3) for approx. 5 seconds.
• Then release it again.
• About 2 seconds later, the lighting of the name tag and the bell button should go out.
• The outdoor unit restarts and is then reset to factory settings.
11. Troubleshooting
The outdoor unit does not work at all:
• Check the voltage supply of the outdoor unit (mains adapter) and correct wiring of the outdoor
unit.

• Check the voltage supply of the outdoor unit (mains adapter) and correct wiring of the outdoor
unit.
The door opener does not work:
• Check the correct wiring of the door opener at the outdoor unit.
• The switching output for the door opener is potential-free. Only an internal relay is switched
here (for contact resilience, see chapter "Technical data").
You therefore need an additional external voltage supply for the door opener.
Important!
Never use the mains adapter of the outdoor unit for voltage supply of the door opener!
The mains adapter serves only for operation of the outdoor unit!
Never switch the mains voltage via the potential-free switching contact! There is dan-
ger to life from electric shock!
