Condensate pump AIR1-KP
In order to drain the condensate even after the unit stops, the power supply must come
from a different network than the AIR1 unit power supply. However, it is fundamentally
possible to obtain the power supply via the terminal box of the AIR1 unit.
If necessary, establish the electrical connections between the condensate pump and
the terminal box of the AIR1 ventilation unit (see wiring diagram in the installation and
operating instructions for the corresponding AIR1 ventilation unit).

4.1 Service and maintenance

The condensate hoses must be checked for dirt and damage every 6 months.
Clean the float unit
Remove the float unit cover and remove the float from the casing. Clean the float casing
and the float with water and 5 % bleaching agent.
Then rinse thoroughly with clean water.
Reinsert the float with the magnet at the top (see Fig.12) and attach the float unit cover.
In order to complete a full functional inspection, proceed as follows:
1. Reconnect the large hose to the float unit.
2. Turn the open end of the hose upward, so that water can be added.
3. Pour clean water into the hose until the float triggers the contact to drain the conden-
sate and the pump begins to operate.
4. The reconnect the float unit to the connector for condensate drainage and attach the
hose with cable ties.
