Electrical preheater – KWL-EVH 360 W
7. Position rubber seal flat over the cable gland and press down so that the groove of the rubber seal snaps into the
plate all around (see Fig. 10).
8. In order to prevent leakage, check on both sides that the rubber seal is flat on the plate.
9. Insert electrical preheater plug into the terminal box socket from below (see Fig. 11).
10. Check that the plug lock is engaged
11. If the silencer has been removed due to the installation situation, it must now be installed again.
12. Insert silencer into the connector on the top of the unit (see Fig. 12). Ensure correct alignment of silencer.
13. Press the silencer towards the top of the unit and Pull down the connecting pipe until it is back in the cuff (see
Fig. 13).
14. Check whether the silencer is flush with the top of the unit by carefully pushing up the silencer.
15. Place the unit door on the bottom of the guide rail and close again with the screws.
16. Replace panel.

Service and maintenance

Cleaning and maintenance work may only be carried out by an electrician.

Danger to life due to electric shock!
The unit must be fully isolated from the mains power supply before all maintenance and installation work and
opening the terminal compartment!

Risk of burns!
Danger due to hot surfaces .
Wait until the electrical preheater has fully cooled down prior to maintenance work .
The electrical preheater must be visually inspected for dirt and damage every 6 months. For this purpose, open the
filter cover and remove the filter. If there is dirt and dust on the electrical preheater, these can be removed with air.
In this respect, the preheater must be removed from the unit. (Follow the installation sequence in reverse).
– When cleaning, it must be ensured that the electrical preheater is not damaged.
