For the safety of people and property and for the protection of the environment,
it is essential to read the recommendations which follow before attempting to
use this appliance.
To avoid risk of damage to the appliance, transport right side up, using the
transport blocks (see illustration).
To avoid risk of asphyxiation or bodily harm, keep packaging material out of
the reach of children.
To avoid risk of physical harm and risk to property, furniture, etc., installation,
proper connection to water, gas, electricity and ventilation (according to
model),activation of service and maintenance should be performed by a
qualified professional.
This appliance was designed to be used by adults. It is intended for normal
home use. To avoid risk of bodily harm, only use this appliance for the purpose
for which it was designed. Not intended for commercial or industrial use. Unplug
the appliance before hand-cleaning. Use only non-corrosive and non-
combustible cleaning products. It is not advisable to permit water or steam to
enter the appliance in order to avoid risk of electrocution.
If the appliance features a light, unplug the appliance before changing the
bulb to avoid electrocution.
To prevent risk of explosion or fire, do not place flammable items or items
covered with flammable liquids in, on or near the appliance.
When disposing of the appliance, and to avoid risk of physical harm, disconnect
all potential dangers: cut the power cable off close to the appliance. Locate
an authorised service centre in your area to dispose of the appliance.
