In case of wanting welding with manual cycle:
3.6 Press key 7 until led 8 lights one.
3.7 - Adjust welding piece and weld, stepping the pedal.
3.8 - The welding cycle is completed when, in the digital display shows "on".
Attention: When the machine is connected in the main switch, the digital indicator indicates the mains
frequency (50 or 60 Hz). The microcontroller detects the frequency and adjusts automatically these
conditions. Next, it effectuates a sequential automatic test to every LED and digital indicator. Finally, the
digital indicator indicates "ON", informing that the machine is ready to operate.
4 - INSTALATION
Following cares must be taken when installing
spot welding machines:
Arms, electrode holders and electrodes
cooling system tubes must be connected to the
main water supply, or other closed water cooling
system. Water pressure must not exceed 2
Kg/cm2 and the flowing rate must be adjusted
according to electrode temperature (<50º C).
