Fault
Vacuumlid does not
open

Cause
Vacuum lid is locked
Chamber is not ventilated after
switching on.
Products start to evaporates under
vacuum
Lid does not close properly or
Leakage in vacuum circuit
Moisture in vacuum chamber
Check the gauge of the vacuum
measuring system
Sensor defect
Check oil level of vacuum pump
Oil foamy
Stop-cock of gas bottle not opened
sufficiently
Gas bottle empty
Gas valve is blocked or defect
Remedy
release turn bar
Please wait until chamber is
ventilated
Switch machine off and on
Change the vacuum setting to steam
point detection. Lower steam point
sesitivity. See chapter 6.
Check and clean chamber gasket, to
be replaced if damaged.
Leak search and seal off or call
VC999 customer service.
Take off filling plates, clean and dry
base of machine incl. filling plates..
Call VC999 customer service.
Refill oil
Change oil
Open stop-cock
Change gas bottle
Clean valve or replace it
Remarke:
If gas flush valvue 999 is chosen,
gas flush is inactive.
