WARNING!
- Color change on stainless steel surfaces is normal and is the result of
exposure to high temperatures.

3.1. PRACTICAL TIPS

- Oil residues from manufacturing emit smoke and odors during the first minutes
of using the frytop. Before using the appliance for the first time, it is advisable
to let it heat up for approximately 20 minutes until reaching the maximum
temperature.
- When you light the burner, it must work at its maximum flow. According to the
type of food to be made and the experience acquired, the user will find the best
flow regulation to obtain the desired results.
- Cleaning and / or handling of the tray / container should only be done when the
appliance is cold. If it is still hot, gloves should be worn.
- Do not place objects on top of the fireplace so as not to damage it and not to
impair the operation of the oven.
- Periodically check the fat collection tray, which is located in front of the
appliance, in order to avoid spillage.
- The appliance is prepared, if necessary, for manual ignition. For this, there are
holes in the bottom of the combustion chamber to guide a lighter in the direction
of the pilot.
- Avoid food remains on the cooking table, especially if they are coming from
cooking with salt, cod, crustaceans, etc. Avoid contact of these products with
stainless steel surfaces. If this occurs, however, clean with a damp cloth.
- When cleaning the appliance and before using any detergent, check that
it is not aggressive to stainless steel, and the use of industrial dishwasher
detergents is not recommended. Use stainless steel scourers and spatulas or
softer materials first.
