Troubleshooting
If you experience any of the following difficulties, use this troubleshooting guide
to remedy the problem. Should the problem persist, please contact the AIBO
Customer Link. (See page 3 for details on the AIBO Customer Support.)
AIBO
Symptom
AIBO does not move
when the pause button is
released.
Remedy
• The battery pack is not installed.
t Depress the pause button and insert the battery pack
(page 11). After inserting the battery pack, release the
pause button to restart AIBO.
• The battery power is low.
t Check the battery power level (see the "AIBO"
ERS-110/111 operation manual). If necessary, recharge
the battery pack or insert a charged battery pack.
• The temperature of the battery pack is abnormally high.
t Wait until the battery cools down.
