Praise the winning AIBO.
Give a sharp tap to the touch sensor of the AIBO closest to the goal.
The winning AIBO strikes a winner's pose; the other AIBOs express defeat when
they hear the winner's triumphant call (though there may be a bad loser among
them who'll pretend not to notice).

After striking a pose, AIBO returns to the state in step 2.
If you don't proceed within a minute, or if you press or lightly press the
