To prevent any overflow of the collecting tanks [1-7] / [1-8] , check the
level regularly and drain when necessary.
11.1. Preparations for cleaning
Notice!
Do not drain medium from the spray gun into the cleaning equipment.
■ Drain the spray gun completely.
■ Remove cup lid.
■ Open cover [1-14] of the cleaning equipment.
■ Insert a plastic plug [3-1] firmly into the air connection of the spray gun,
turning slightly.
■ Position the spray gun with cup [2-7] in the middle on the long nozzle
[2-6] / [3-2].
■ Fasten the supplied spring clip to the spray gun and remove the spray
gun.
■ With the drip-stop removed, position the cup lid [2-2] on the wire strap
[2-1] / [3-3] or place on the perforated plate [2-3] / [3-7].
11.2. Pre-clean the spray gun on the outside
■ Switch the external extraction on.
■ Take the cleaning brush [1- 15] out of the holder.
■ Press the foot valve [1-5] to supply cleaning agent.
■ Pre-clean the spray gun with the cleaning brush.
■ Put the cleaning brush back in the holder after pre-cleaning the spray
gun.
11.3. Start cleaning
■ Close cover [1-14].
■ Select required cleaning time [1-1] (max. 3 min.) and start cleaning.
■ After cleaning has finished, press the blowing button [1-3] for approx.
