■ When installing the cleaning equipment outside the spray booth for
operation with cleaning solutions containing solvents, always comply
with the following:
■ Ex-zone 1 applies up to a radius of 3 m around the unit.
■ Ex-zone 2 applies in the range of 3 bis 5 m around the unit.
■ Never use the cleaning equipment in the vicinity of ignition sources,
such as naked flames, burning cigarettes or non-explosion-proof electri-
cal equipment.
General
■ Comply with the local regulations for safety, accident prevention, occu-
pational health and safety and environmental protection.
■ Observe the accident prevention regulations of DGUV Regulation 100-
500.
■ Heed DGUV Information 209-046 (Spraying rooms and systems for
liquid coating materials – Building structures, fire and explosion protec-
tion, operation).
■ Never point the cleaning brush at human beings.

4. Use

Intended Use
The cleaning equipment is intended for quick, convenient cleaning of
spray guns with gravity flow cup.

5. Description

The pneumatic cleaning equipment ensures swift, neat cleaning of spray
guns with gravity flow cup.
■ The cup and air cap do not have to be unscrewed.
■ Pre-clean the gun on the outside with the brush
■ During cleaning, compressed air flows through the spray gun, i. e. the
washing fluid does not penetrate in the air ducts of the gun (prevents
sediment).
