BATTERY INFORMATION
BATTERY
This model can carry two 60V 24AH Li-ion batteries. Only one battery is provided with your purchase of the
scooter. An optional one can be used for extended range.
The battery is designed to be positioned either in vertical or in horizontal arrangement under the luggage box.
In order to reach the horizontal battery, you have to remove the vertical one and unscrew the orange bracket
that holds both batteries in place (1).
The battery can be charged in two ways:
1. Charge the battery directly by removing it from its compartment. Connect the charger to the battery and connect the
charger to a 220V power outlet.
To unplug the battery from the charger, rotate the clamp and pull the plug out.
2.
Plug the scooter directly, without removing the battery, by connecting the charger to the socket at the front of the seat.
Charging the battery (ies)
1.
Open the seat.
2.
Remove the battery cover.
3.
Set the switch 1 to ON, then automatically switch 2 will turn to OFF, if you want to charge the main battery (see page 17,
picture 1) or set switch 1 to OFF and switch 2 to ON, if you want to charge the optional battery (see Page 17,picture 2).
4.
Insert the power cord of the charger into the charging socket.
