4.5.2 To put the lifting frames in position from the
outside to in

Park the vehicle.

Align the lifting frames between the wheels on the
side of the vehicle. If it is necessary, push in 1 end and
then the second end and turn the lifting frames.
Caution! Do not push the lifting frames over the
hydraulic hoses.

Make sure that the safety lock bars point out.
4.5.3 To put the lifting frames in position from the
inside to out

Put the 1 lifting frame beside the second lifting frame.

Make sure that the safety lock bars point out.

Park the vehicle and make sure that the lifting frames
are in the center below the vehicle.
Warning! Do not drive the vehicle onto the lifting
frames.
Caution! Do not push the lifting frames over the
hydraulic hoses.

4.6 To put the lifting frames in
position below the vehicle

Make sure that the 2 lifting frames are fully lowered.

Make sure that the vehicle is in balance and cannot
tip.

Put lifting blocks on the plates on the lifting frame.
Only use lifting blocks of the same height.

Align the lifting frames and make sure that the lifting
blocks are straight below the lifting points of the
vehicle. (Figure 7 and 8)

4.7 Safety lock bars

There is a safety lock bar on the lifting frame.

4.7.1 Lock positions
The lift system has 3 locking positions:
● Lower locking position (B) (Figure 10)
● Middle locking position (D)
● Top locking position (E)
The turning block (C) must stay in the track (A).

4.8 To lift the vehicle

Do a check of the safety lock bars. Make sure that
they move easily and stay in their tracks.

Push and hold the U button on the remote control (3).

Release the U button when the lifting block almost
touch the lifting points of the vehicle.

Make sure that the lifting blocks are correctly aligned
to the lifting points of the vehicle. If it is necessary,
push the D button and lower the product. Move the
lifting blocks to the correct position.

Push the U button and lift the product. Hold the U
button until the lifting frames are above the lower
locking position.

Release the U button.

Make sure that the lifting blocks are correctly aligned
to the lifting points of the vehicle. If it is necessary,
push the D button and lower the product. Move the
lifting blocks to correct position.

Make sure that the vehicle is balanced. If it is
necessary, push the D button and lower the product.
Move the lifting frames and the lifting blocks to
correct position to find a balanced position for the
vehicle.
9
Push the U button. Hold the U button until the lifting
frames are above the lower locking position or the
top locking position.
10
Release the U button and push the D button to lower
the product to locking position.
